The Barry-Wehmiller Power Jet is available to provide dynamic cleaning action effectively and inexpensively. The Power Jet generates high frequency jets of solution that individually blast contamination from the interior of each bottle.  This produces far superior cleaning power over continuous high volume, low pressure jetting methods.

The Power Jet features Barry-Wehmiller’s unique dual port floating disc, providing the most effective on-off action available on the market today.  The Power Jet also features twin tapered roller bearings and a welded metal bellows seal for longer service life.

The following design features of the Power Jet help to keep maintenance at a minimum:

• Zero clearance design of disc to wear plate eliminates the need for closely held tolerances and the floating disc, itself, is easily replaced.
  Oil filled taper roller bearings shaft support for increased system service life.
• Large isolation chamber with total drainage.
  Easily changed highly durable mechanical seal.
• Design allows in-plant customer maintenance, eliminating need for factory overhaul.
• Self-supporting, lightweight stainless steel construction for easy handling.

The new Power Jet may be used at either the hot hydro or the rinse section of a Bottle Cleaner to replace any existing intermittent spray units. The simple design requires less maintenance, yet facilitates the scrubbing action necessary to deliver commercially clean bottles at an extremely high efficiency rate.

The Power Jet can be easily modified for use on any existing Barry-Wehmiller Bottle Cleaner.  This modernization kit also includes all auxiliary hardware needed for installation.
