We are pleased to offer a newly designed bottle loosener that provides gentler handling and self timing.

The new design is not driven by the main chain drive assembly; it rides on the carrier chain.  The slow moving carrier chain provides an up and down motion that gently pushes the bottles out of the pockets.  The combined weight of the
loosener and gravity dislodges the bottle.  This action reduces crown damage and provides quieter operation.  The Bottle Loosener is adjustable in height to accommodate multiple bottle sizes.  There are very few moving parts resulting in
lower maintenance costs and increased equipment life.

You may adapt this system to Model 12, Model 14, Model 100 or System 40 Bottle Cleaners.  Since Barry-Wehmiller maintains a comprehensive data base of all of the equipment presently in the field, we are able to accommodate the
requirements of your specific machines.
